How can I find free courses?
Many of the courses organised by AIJU are subsidised or eligible for rebate, and they may therefore be completely free for students. Consult http://formacion.aiju.es to see all the courses we offer. You can search for courses according to multiple criteria, including the price.
How can I obtain information on all the courses provided by AIJU?
You can consult the full range of training activities we currently offer on http://formacion.aiju.es and on the general website of AIJU, www.aiju.es. You can also ask us directly by email or telephone on formacion@aiju.es and 96 555 44 75 or follow us on social media. Furthermore, if you fill in and send us the “Request for course information” form, we will send you directly by email the courses programmed by AIJU related to the topics you have indicated.
Can my company request customised training from AIJU?
Of course. AIJU is specialised in planning and providing made-to-measure training for companies. Contact us and we will analyse your needs, seek the best trainers and coordinate the whole training process. If you wish, we will also handle the rebate for these courses.
What type of training does AIJU provide?
AIJU provides around 200 training activities per year. Courses, conferences, congresses, workshops… Most of the contents of these actions are technical and technological in nature, but we provide courses of all kinds according to the needs and demand of companies. The majority of the courses given are attendance-based but we also offer online courses or attendance via internet (webinar).
If I suggest a course that I need, can AIJU organise it?
Yes. The course planning regularly organised by AIJU is fundamentally based on the training needs put forward by companies. The courses we usually offer have been requested beforehand. Tell us what kind of training you need and we will try to incorporate it in our programming.
How many courses does AIJU provide per year?
AIJU provides around 200 training activities annually, training an average of 2000 people per year.
What teachers does AIJU have?
AIJU has an extensive portfolio of top-level teachers who specialise in different areas. Some of the training actions of AIJU are provided by teachers employed directly by the Institute and others by the teachers of other companies or institutions. The aim of AIJU is to achieve maximum efficiency and benefit from its training actions. To this end, we always seek highly qualified teachers who are able to solve the needs and problems posed by companies.
What are the topics of the courses offered by AIJU?
The topics are very diverse, such as, for example: product safety (toys, childcare, play areas, food contact materials, chemical substances in consumer products, etc.), materials, plastic processing, integrated product development, management systems, quality, process reengineering, R&D&i, environment, energy, electrochemistry, CAE simulation, graphic and industrial design, prototyping, ICT applications, development of digital games and animations, consumption, market, trends, validation with users , psychopedagogy, therapeutic leisure, etc. AIJU also provides training on such transversal topics such as languages, internet, social media, commercial management, skills, etc
Where does AIJU give its courses?
AIJU provides attendance-based training wherever it is requested. Courses have been given in a large number of cities in Spain and also in other countries. Most attendance-based courses are given at the facilities of AIJU (Ibi-Alicante) but training actions are also provided in other places, if companies request this. Furthermore, customised training is usually provided at the facilities of the company requesting the training. In addition, AIJU offers online courses, which can be taken in any location and with totally flexible and customised timetables.
Does AIJU provide training that is eligible for rebate?
Many of the courses given by AIJU are eligible for rebate via the credits of the State Foundation for Employment Training. AIJU can help you calculate your credit, provide you with information on aid programmes of this type, handle your rebates, etc.
How much credit does a company have to spend on training?
Companies have an annual credit to spend on the training of their employees, which they can access via rebates in their Social Security payments, once the training activities have been carried out (Law 30/2015 of 9 September and Royal Decree 694/2017 of 3 July). The State Foundation for Employment Training (FUNDAE) is the body responsible for the management and control of these aid programmes. AIJU can inform you free of charge of the estimated credit for your company. This amount varies according to the type of company and the number of workers. For example, a company with 2 workers may have a credit of 420 euros, one with 15 workers, 1,200 euros, one with 60 workers, 6,100 euros, one with 140 workers, 15,400 euros, etc.
Can AIJU help me find work?
Yes. AIJU has a job exchange that aims to bring unemployed people into contact with companies seeking certain professional profiles to add to their staff. Enter our job exchange to find out about the possibilities.
How does the AIJU job exchange work?
By placing people registered as jobseekers in contact with companies that have begun the selection process for personnel to incorporate new employees in their teams. The job exchange is completely free of charge for both jobseekers and companies.
Do online courses have a set timetable?
No, usually a start date and a finish date are established and, within that calendar, trainees can complete the course at their own pace and choosing the days and times they prefer.
